nailpolish used is by colour bar. 3 different colours. pina-colada, bloody mary and lime.
2 coats of white as the base.
used a sponge with the nail paint on it and then dabbed it on a nail 2 - 3 times till desired effect.
its a pretty nailart i did for holi. bright colours that symbolize the colours used in holi. people colour each others faces but i just colored my nails. ;P
its the first time i have ever tried gradient nailart and it surely came out fine. u too should give it a try. there never any wrong way when painting nails. every new technique or method used is a new type and maybe better. :)
